Sheet 11 · the register and the records
Site and data
This sheet describes what these pages actually are, what the two calculating sheets do with the figures you type, and what the office in Derby holds once an order has been packed and closed.
The site
What these pages are made of
Eleven static pages, one stylesheet and one script, all served from pnbmartz.store. There is no content management system behind them, no login, no account area and no shopping basket on this site.
- Cookies
- None are set by these pages. There is nothing to consent to and no banner, because nothing is stored in your browser by this site.
- Analytics
- None. No measurement script, no pixel, no tag manager, no visitor counter.
- Third-party content
- No embedded video, no map frame, no social widget, no comment system. Both drawings on sheet 01 are vector graphics written into the page itself.
- One external request
- A single stylesheet of two typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading it means your browser contacts that host for the font files; nothing else on these pages leaves our domain.
- Forms
- There are none. Every link that collects anything is a mailto link that opens your own email program.
- Server records
- The host serving these files keeps ordinary web-server request logs, as any host does. They are not read as a measurement of visitors and are not combined with anything else.
The two sheets
Figures you type stay in the browser
The cut-off sheet on sheet 01 and sheet 03, and the volumetric sheet on sheet 04, are arithmetic running in your own browser. The dates, times, measurements and weights you type are read by the script on the page, printed back as steps, and then forgotten: nothing is transmitted, nothing is saved to your device, and reloading the page restores the figures written into the file.
Both sheets print their working so the result can be checked by hand. Both are labelled a guide, because the only thing either one can know is the figures entered: neither knows a bank holiday, a carrier's rate sheet or what a delivery round did on the day.
The office
Records kept at the despatch desk
Trading records are a separate matter from this site. An order generates paper and files at the Derby unit, and those are what the office holds.
- Order file
- Lines, quantities, the delivery address and any access note, as typed on the order.
- Acknowledgement
- The email sent back, kept as the record of what was received.
- Pick sheet and packing note
- What was picked, what went into which box, and the initials of whoever sealed it.
- Manifest line
- The consignment number and the collection it left on.
- Return reference
- Where one was raised: what came back, when it was booked in and how it closed.
- Claim record
- Photographs supplied, the carrier enquiry and the answer given.
- Correspondence
- Email to and from shop@pnbmartz.store, filed against the order it concerns.
Anything sent to shop@pnbmartz.store arrives at the office at the address in the footer and is kept with the order it belongs to. To ask what is held about an order, or to ask for it to be corrected, email that address and quote the order number: the answer is read off the order file.

These pages describe how the despatch desk works. They are not terms of sale, not a price list and not a quotation; the statutory cancellation right summarised on sheet 08 is law rather than a policy of ours, and it applies whatever any page here says.
